At your appointed time, you simply need to follow three simple steps:

1. At your appointment time, call us at 719-539-1759.  We can help step you through the remaining instructions over the phone.
2. Download and run this file:
   
   SalidaTechSupport.exe (PC)
   SalidaTechSupport.dmg (Mac)

   Depending on your browser, you may need to save it to your desktop, and then run it from your desktop. Your firewall and/or virus software may attempt to validate the software.

3. Please read the displayed number to us over the phone to complete the connection.
