BASIC SERVICES:
$20 – Computer pickup and delivery
$60 – Diagnostic (minimum shop fee) – Simple repairs are included in this fee. (If we cannot fix the system, we only charge $20.)
$60 – Tune-up
- includes component testing, dust removal, scans and general system cleanup.
$65 – New computer setup
- includes installation of all system updates and an antivirus package.
- if installation discs are provided, we will also install office and one additional software package.
$120 – Virus Removal
- NOTE: not all viruses can be cleaned. System overhaul may be required (see below).
RE-INSTALLATION SERVICES:
$100 – Computer reinstall with no data recovery
- includes dust removal.
- includes installation of all system updates and antivirus package.
- if installation discs are provided, we will also install office and one additional software package.
$140 – New computer setup w/basic data recovery from older PC
- includes above plus system backup and data recovery.*
$180 – System overhaul with basic data recovery
- includes above plus OS reinstall with windows device drivers.
$80 – Data recovery only.
$10 – Recycling (per item). Includes physical hard drive destruction.
$20 – Hard Drive Wipe – Department of Defense standard DoD 5220.22-M; ensures complete data destruction.
* We keep your backups for 14 days “just in case” we manage to miss an item that needed to be restored. Please verify that ALL of your data is intact when you receive your system.
